Deputy Principal Message

 

Children are the backbone of a country. Childhood is considered the foundation of the life of a person. School is the growing venue of associating with others in same age. Happiness and activeness of child is the splendid reflection of the school.
I am in great pleasure to note that the students of Peradeniya Junior Secondary school are fortunated with all the qualities expected by modern society we live in. The history of the school runs back to 1942 completing almost seven decades with great pride caring education of a child to a great extent.
The academic staff comprises with the principal, deputy principal, 2 assistant principals and 30 teachers, who give the guidance and the immense contribution in making the dreams come true of nearly 450 students. And also, the non-academic staff, the parents and well wishers give immense support for the uplifment of the school.
We strongly believe that the students of Peradeniya Junior Secondary School would be more dedicated to achieve higher productivity enabling to have fame and glory for themselves as well as the school in their future endeavours.
